2024 Minnesota Stand Prep in January

Early January in 2024 we didn't have any snow so Stacy and I made the trip over to the Minnesota properties and starting hanging stands, moving existing stands, and doing some scouting, all getting ready for the 2024 season.  With no snow, we might as well take advantage of that and get to work for the season. 

We hung some amazing new stand locations that I can't wait to get hunters in this fall.  Boots to the ground scouting was very productive as well as the sign from this past season was still very easy to see and really helped in picking more locations where I will be hanging stands this spring once the snow is gone.  We recently got some snow and forecasted to get a fair amount more, it looks like we will be waiting a little bit to get back out again.  In the meantime, I'll be putting ladder stands together and prepping as much as I can now before we head out again.
