Missouri

My Missouri hunts take place in Putnam County in northern Missouri. Putnam County is well known for its potential for big deer and records are there to prove it. This area of Missouri has a mixture of big timber, crops, and cattle ground. A very fortunate perk with my Missouri properties is that they are the only food source around. With the heavy timber and big crop fields surrounding my properties, I have the drawing power to pull deer from miles around, especially during the rifle and muzzleloader seasons.

Lodging & Meals:

Lodging and meals are not provided on our Missouri hunts. There are multiple hotels in Unionville, MO where you can book a room or there are cabins available at McDonald Cabins just north of Unionville, MO. These are all a short drive to the hunting properties. Feel free to contact me and I can assist you in booking rooms if needed. There is also room to park a camper on the property if you choose to pull a camper and stay in it. There IS NOT electrical hook up on the property if you choose to pull a camper and park there. Unionville has a HYVEE grocery store along with multiple restaurants.

To better increase our number of quality bucks, Buffalo County Outfitters has elected to enforce a 130 inch antler restriction with a $1000 penalty assessed for shooting a buck under this minimum.

We have close to 30 preset treestands that are a mixture of Family Traditions ladder stands, Muddy ladder stands, X-Stand ladder stands, and Radix enclosed blinds.

Note: Safety harness is required when hunting any tree stand.
